Times New Viking "Ever Falling In Love"

After opening for Pavement in Central Park and appearing with Kiwi legends The Clean in Las Vegas, Columbus OH's Times New Viking are now touring the US with fellow Ohians, the reformed Guided By Voices. Next week the band hit CMJ for a few shows before a well earned rest.

Times New Viking are selling a hand made tour only 7-inch single containing the first glimpse of their upcoming 5th album to be released in 2011.

Clown Soldier [one of my longtime favorites] is a Brooklyn-based street artist who is easily recognized by his collaged wheat pastes of larger than life sized Clown Soldiers. His mixed media pastings are usually a combo of screen print and hand-painted detailing.
Clown soldier has recently Flickr'd a meticulously detailed CMY [minus the 'K' in CMYK] hand painted canvas...and I can't wait to see it in person!
